1. Booking and Cancellation Policy:

1.1. Appointments: To secure an appointment for cosmetic injectable treatments at Cosmetic Assembly Pty Ltd, clients must make a reservation through our website, phone, or in-person.

1.2. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm the appointment. The amount will be communicated to the client at the time of booking and will be deducted from the total cost of the treatment.

1.3. Cancellation by Client: If a client wishes to cancel or reschedule their appointment, they must notify Cosmetic Assembly Pty Ltd at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

1.4. Late Arrival: Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their appointments. In the event of a late arrival, Cosmetic Assembly Pty Ltd reserves the right to shorten the treatment time to avoid delays for other scheduled clients.

1.5. Cancellation by Cosmetic Assembly Pty Ltd: While we strive to adhere to our schedule, unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the cancellation of an appointment. In such cases, we will notify the client as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment or a refund of the deposit.

2. Treatment Procedures:

2.1. Eligibility: Clients must disclose their medical history, allergies, medications, and any relevant health conditions during the consultation. Cosmetic Assembly Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe for the client.

2.2. Consent: Prior to any cosmetic injectable treatment, clients are required to provide written consent, indicating their understanding of the procedure and its potential risks.

2.3. Adverse Reactions: While Cosmetic Assembly Pty Ltd employs licensed and experienced professionals, adverse reactions to cosmetic injectable treatments may occur. In the event of an adverse reaction, clients must seek immediate medical attention and notify us as soon as possible.

2.4. No Children Policy: For safety and liability reasons, we do not provide services to children under the age of 18 and due to the nature of our work we do not allow children under the age of 16 to accompany patients in clinic.

2.5. Professionalism: All treatments at Cosmetic Assembly Pty Ltd will be performed by qualified and registered healthcare professionals in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

2.6. Results: While we aim to achieve satisfactory results, individual responses to cosmetic injectable treatments may vary. Cosmetic Assembly Pty Ltd does not guarantee specific outcomes.

3. Pricing and Payment:

3.1. Pricing: The prices of cosmetic injectable treatments are subject to change without prior notice. Clients will be informed of the current prices during the booking process.

3.2. Payment: Payment for treatments can be made using cash, credit card, or other accepted payment methods at Cosmetic Assembly Pty Ltd

4. Confidentiality and Data Protection:

4.1. Confidentiality: Cosmetic Assembly Pty Ltd adheres to strict confidentiality standards regarding client information and medical records.

5. Liability:

5.1. Assumption of Risk: Clients acknowledge that cosmetic injectable treatments carry inherent risks, and they voluntarily assume these risks by undergoing the procedures.

5.2. Limitation of Liability: Cosmetic Assembly Pty Ltd and its employees will not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of our services or treatments.

6. Updates to Terms and Conditions:

By booking an appointment and engaging with Cosmetic Assembly Pty Ltd, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If any part of these terms is unclear or disagreeable, clients are advised to seek clarification before proceeding with any treatments.

PURCHASE AND REDEMPTION OF TREATMENTS 

• Treatments/services are not transferrable to other individuals.
• We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. 
• Cancellations and no-shows within 48 hours will result in the retention of any deposits made, or the forfeit of the pre-paid treatment Refunds will be provided where required by Australian Consumer Law. 
• Refunds are not applicable for change of mind You agree to be bound by these conditions by purchasing pre-paid treatments.
